Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, centrally air conditioned luxury villa can accommodate 8 people and is fully approved for rental with a current rental license. The villa has smoke detectors, fire alarm, intruder alarm, emergency lighting and child alarms on all doors leading to the pool area. The lounge has soft seating for 8 with digital cable TV and 28" television and a DVD + Video player. There is a dining area in the lounge for 6 and a dining area for 4 in the kitchen. Sleeping arrangements comprise the Master bedroom, a twin second bedroom, a twin third bedroom, and a convertible bed-settee in the lounge. The Master bedroom has en suite bathroom facilities - walk in shower, vanity unit, toilet. The separate family bathroom has shower/bath, vanity unit and toilet.
The pool is at the rear of the Villa and is south facing overlooking a small lake. The private pool is fully screened and has a Lanai to one side with table, six chairs and sun loungers. Under-pool lighting and a 'seat' at the deep end (6ft) make evening socialising more relaxing. Towels are available in the villa for pool use. |
